Had issues with a trailer tire they put on. Shit happens and I understand that. They replaced the rim, wheel studs and lug nuts no questions asked free of charge without any argument whatsoever
I have never used them before this weekend and I would never use them again. I brought my mother‘s car in for a small screw in the back tire, shocked by the price they charge me to remove the screw was not impressed with their service at all.
Bought rims and tires here for myself and then referred my mom who also purchased 4 tires. Its so nice as a female to have found an HONEST, truly caring shop that doesn't try to over sell you on things and make a profit off your lack of knowledge on cars. I will only come here, as well as everyone in my family! Its worth the drive from Boise, trust me! Amazing customer service!
Great guys! They always make time even if you have an emergency. I've been going there for years. The first time I had a blow out. They helped me get off the road and pushed me into the shop. They took great care of me. I've Never had a problem and they've checked other things for me. I highly recommend them. The Manager is excellent. I wouldn't go anywhere else for tires. They get you in and out right away. They've even replaced a few lights for me when I popped in at a moment's notice.
