Purchased a ORION Hot Tub and Spa chemicals, Wilson Pool staff were very informative and I was happy with their service. We are enjoying the Hot Tub, the massage jets feel wonderful, and it is a very relaxing way to end a day.
We recently purchased a hot tub from them, they were very helpful and responsive throughout the whole purchase!
Made a massive mess of our pool water. Had to have 1/3 of the pool pumped and water trucked in to replace. Gave the owner an opportunity to respond and heard nothing back. It was a VERY costly “free” water analysis.
