I read through some of your reviews and I have to say I’m not surprised to see all the lovely comments your clients have shared. I sent in looking for some and for my “new” to me sand filter and the gentleman at the counter went above and beyond to help me. When he called his colleague for additional assistance he went as far as allowing me to show him my new pump via video call to explain how it worked and how much sand I would need. WRITING THIS ON BEHALF OF A FRIEND WHO IS TOO EMBARRASSED. Wilsons pools (Bracebridge) recently completed a family friends pool in South Muskoka in summer of 2024. Apparently they are known in the pool industry amongst competition as the hill billy pool builders. I can see why!!! Everything they did was a complete mess. Pool area and equipment was left looking like crap, concrete had to be ripped out and redone (by another builder) they wouldn't come back and finish what was in the "contract". We had a new liner installed perhaps 4 years ago and Ken came up to explain everything and measure the pool. He also ordered a new trampoline pool cover at a very good cost. My Husband passed away last year and I've had to call him or his staff about things pertaining to pools that I just didn't know about and I've had the utmost politeness and concerns addressed right back to me. Wilson pools have 10 stars for being kind.
