Don't waste your time or money with this company. They built my pool 8 years ago and this year installed a new bench and a new liner. Took them forever and screwed up the whole thing. No one but a child can sit on the bench as it's too small, the liner was measured wrong and does not fit right and now we have leak coming from the bottom of the new bench ( confirmed by another company ) and Lee will not even return my calls or come out to even look at it. The owner is a liar and cheat. Ive paid him 30k and got maybe 10k in work. When i had my attorney write him a letter he abdone the project. Mind you i only had my attorney write a letter AFTER he started the project 8 days late, built the the forms 180 degrees in the the direction, dumped piles and piles of concrete in my neighbors yard, installed the coping wrong, damaged my outdoor kitchen kegorator, grill, undercounter ice maker and undercounter fridge. Yes I've hired a new pool builder and yes i will see him in court.
Wilson Pools is hands down the WORST contracted company we have ever used!! Nice when making the sale, but good luck once you sign the contract! Do not believe the good reviews. I am sure they are friends of the family. It took over 6 months to complete the job and it was so far from what we expected, we ended up spending the pool price again for another company to clean up Wilson's SLOP. Do yourself a favor and hire ANYBODY BUT WILSON to install your pool. They may be fine to sell some chemicals and salt, but bless your he... read more
