Rubbish, expensive and uncontrollable costs a fortune and won't turn off.
Wilson Plumbing & Heating were helpful when they did work for me in the past, but their website seems to be out of date - I've been told today that a they can't help me again, as they're concentrating on commercial work. A bit of a waste of time not to be told this when I phoned earlier today, or when I emailed them about it in November - why ask me to email across the details today, if you don't do domestic work any more? I don't think I've ever given a negative review to a business, as I try to be positive.
