Had dealings with one of their plumbers who arrived in one of the Wilson Utes. He quoted for a job, got paid 50% in advance, then never showed. Lots of excuses about other urgent call outs. I lost $2,500 to him. I got a VCAT order successfully and he just laughs knowing he has no assets to go after. MVR is well known all over the Mornington Peninsula for this behaviour and does it time and time again and this company surely knows about it…

Very impressed by the prompt and professional service. My call was responded to the same day, problem assessed the next day and new hot water service installed the next morning. The team were friendly and professional. Very happy with the service and the hot water!
