NO WORKING AIR CONDITIONING FOR THE TENANTS!!! It's far too hot to make the tenants sit in 80+ degree offices with 70% humidity. The parking garage is falling apart (literally). This used to be an icon in the downtown area. Now it's condemned and needs to be completely restored. What a disgrace!
Local staff is good. No support from their cooperate office. Still waiting for information.
Nobody is there. Nobody answers the phone. The leasing office is closed. Went to another building for service.
