People are already going through difficult times with their health or that of their loved ones. Why did Wilson Parking choose to place this unpleasant woman with short hair in her 50s at the front desk of customer service? She is just so unpleasant. I have nothing against her hair or age; I only point this out for the employer to identify this person, as she wasn't wearing any name tags.

Worst customer service ever, My father is 91 years old requiring blood transfussions on a weekly basis, in the Radius and Oncology section, For over 2 years now I've been validating his parking concession with out any problems or questions, Today though they had to visually see my father and was told to get a wheel chair so that she could validate parking concession which is totally ridiculous , and I was very upset, The attendee needs to do a course in customer service she needs it.

Worst customer service! The attendant in the kiosk at Sutherland hospital was unhelpful and very rude when I was trying to validate pensioner parking for my elderly father who had an appointment at the hospital.
