I Was just in area for the afternoon from interstate. Decided to pull in for a quick shop. Come out 70mins later to a $32 parking fee. Ridiculous.

Used their prepay service. Was easy and low cost, I will be doing it again and visiting this parking lot again.

Very disappointed with how Wilson apply charge. Despite how bad the flow of the entry and exit, which cost us more time in parking, they still charged me for the full rate for being 5 minutes over, just 5 minutes. I spent more than 5 minutes in parking and exiting the car park. Parking spaces were ok but it’s just a bad flow inside that caused longer time to park. It appears that other customers experience the same with how congested this car park is and yet no improvement. Not recommended at all!!

Willson Parking! Extremely, corporate unethical strategy; monopoly & dominate surrounding parking space, and focus drivers with less option on finding available spot with a reason price. Moreover, it seems that DFO & Wilson Parking working together to push visitors to purchase or spend in the mall in order to have 50% discount. Fully understandable; but I think it's more appealing to over “xxHr Free Parking” once the customer spend over $XXX.
