Can never get a park here for any of my appointments with my OB, first time I tried car got stuck as there was nowhere to turn around and it came to a dead end around a corner. Spaces are very small and close together. Especially not enough room when you consider it's a women's Hospital and lots of people giving birth and trying to load car seats and prams in and out of their cars with zero room to do so. One of the worst car parks I've ever been in.
The woman working here was extremely rude and aggressive. When I arrived to ask for help, she was sitting watching Netflix. When I politely asked how the multi-day parking pass I had purchased worked, she became irrationally angry and yelled that she had “already told everyone.” I was simply trying to understand how the machine worked, as the ticket she had originally sold me had not worked on entry or exit. Not enough parking for a highly needed hospital. Making staff run late due to parking issues should be the least of staffs worries.
