Great carpark if you need to go to the Rocks or around Circular Quay. My only issue is that you have to go down quiet a few levels before you got public parking. So add another 5 minutes just to get down there.

Very easy to find and park. Easy online payment system
Pre paid parking doesn't work. It didn't recognise my booking. Very complicated instructions. I finally was let out, after minutes blocking the exit boom gate. My friend behind had to pay again. Because they couldn't find her booking at all even though she had the paperwork. She blocked the gate for 10 minutes. Once at the gate you are stuck there. I'm sure the people behind didn't appreciate the 15 minute hold up.
Best parking spot location for sydney cbd side of circular quay. Best weekend price for going out whole day
