Check you ticket 30 min free next hour $5 next30 min $3 I got charged $8 and I was 20 mins under the hour when I rang to tell them their machine was over charging oh the machine does that sometimes apply for a for a refund seriously how many stations are doing this Wilson’s talk about a rip off fix your machine

I park in the SA Health area after the second boom level 3 and up... the second boom often refuses to open... almost every other time it is used. Today, cars were lined up down all 3 levels to the street... every card was "not working"... and this line up is a common problem. The help operator on the speaker doesn't listen to what is the problem (faulty boom) and insisted today asking what my card number is... shouldn't their computer be telling them that? If I could put zero stars I would. Car park boom gate never works. SA Health go thru two gates.....first gate is for private and other businesses, second one if for sa health. Both booms rarely work. Overseas workers answer the phone. need to give card number. for goodness sake just leave the damn gate up when there's a malfunction.

Horribly designed carpark. 30 minute time limit on lower carpark is disgusting, especially for those attending a specialist appointment.

Not very though out with planning for car park facility's. especially for elderly and dissabillity parking needs .... totally inadequate. And with more services taking up residence. In building. WE WONT BE USING. EVER AGAIN. ...
