As I was leaving after a 40 minute stay in the carpark I entered my ticket through the machine per usual. Ticket machine at the gate came back with an error. I promptly requested help through the assistance button on the machine and someone was on the machine assisting me. No issue with the machine having an error and glad someone was able to come help. My problem however is when the staff member tried to get me to pay a $30 lost ticket fee despite putting my ticket in the machine and coming back as an error. I implored for ... read more
Transport was late/delayed, and the parking lot is automatically locked up after 2359. They have no out of hours service. Although a Wilson Security carpark, they can not unlock it and can not assist even with contact to whoever manages it. Your better off parking somewhere in the CBD and getting transport into the area.
Easy access!
Good undercover parking...cheap for a full Saturday..short walk to ferry for city access...
