This is genuinely a terrible place to put a parking lot ... Firstly it is only a one lane road down the multi leveled parking complex and every corner is a blind corner and there are no mirrors to see if you are about to have a head on collision. Secondly, the lifts only work to go up out of the complex, so we had to walk all the way down in heels. After we reached a lift we got in only to be unable to go down at all and then also unable to exit at the same level and the only choice was to ride it back to ground level and th... read more
One way in and out and no staff attend, it took me 20mins to get out the parking. Very small space and low ceiling, so easy to scratch the car. Never again.

WARNING WARNING!!! DO NOT ACCEPT FREE PARKING IF YOU PREPAID!!!! I attended a clinic nearby and prepaid parking for my boyfriend to easily collect me. Upon arrival, the attendants asked if he was simply collecting someone, when he said yes. They offered to refund the cost if he was under 10 mins, so he said yes. Unfortunately, that did not happen without multiple conversations of rigamarole. Be careful! Know your consumers rights!!! This is a very bad parking experience, avoid at all costs. It is a single lane slippery tunnel that is shared by cars coming in and out, and the unfortunate customers returning to their car once the lobby and lift has shut down for the night. It is a joke how bad it is. A parking ‘spot’ might be found but only for a fiat bambino or similar. There are lots of scuff marks on the walls so many previous customers have scraped their way in and out. Anyway it is an odd one indeed.
