I had to make sure I chose a different place than G Maps was asking me to review. Changed from Park Hyatt which is awesome 😎, to WILSONS PARKING Park Hyatt, which is not. Wilson's Parking underneath Park Hyatt is a different business & is awkward and cramped, poorly signed, ticket system was glitching which made for mass confusion with the 20 approx cars trying to exit. I am a senior porter at Windsor hotel. When I was leaving the parking lot with a guest car, the ticket machine that was valid was stuck in the machine and the door did not open. I don't remember her name at the time, but she sounded like a Filipino. She did not want to listen to me at all. She is a very rude and inconsiderate woman.
