BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU PARK HERE. They held my car overnight against my will. At the entrance, there’s a tiny sign that says “…CLOSE 11P” which you cannot read when you’re driving in. I came back from dinner to find that all access to the parking lot was closed. This was a horrible experience, as I have a work trip planned for tomorrow, which I will now have to delay due to the haphazardness of the Mode3 building managers and Wilson Parking reps. Extremely tight spaces, hard to park if you don't have cameras in ur car, and good luck getting out of ur car if u have wide doors like a coupe.
We paid past 11pm and they locked the car park gate at 11pm. We could not access our car. I called the help number and they said we have no staff in Canberra, can't help you and hung up on me. No solution or help offered. Not only that the car park was cramped and overpriced with cars unable to find parking doing U turns in the single lane trying to get out. Never go here
Car spaces are a bit tight. And could do with a clean
Overpriced parking in a small garage. Take your chances on the street.
