I park here 3 times a week for work. Usually early bird. $18 is fair - in at 730am and usually exiting around 5pm. Today, feeling very ill, I left at 1pm and they tried to slug me $75. Car park attendant showed no empathy and just kept repeating the rules at me. Unreasonable, unreasonable, unreasonable. I am horrified by the poor customer service, I in the end paid $54 on negotiation, but honestly a bit of empathy would be a good learned skill.
