Validated ticket and got charged. This should be illegal! Horrible horrible experience, shame on you Wilson Parking
Beware the validation machine on level 1 does not "eat" and return your ticket to validate (like I expected). You only need to insert your ticket about half way before it starts printing automatically (pull out quickly to avoid a double print) so if you are not familiar it is very easy to double validate and end up still having to pay $12 on the way out. Lesson learned and hope it works for you if you've read this far.
When I parked there, there was a strong smell of vomit as soon as I opened my door. I saw that someone had vomited but it had not been cleaned up. Anyway, I was in a hurry so I ignored it. It’s supposed to be free for up to 3 hours if ticket validated:- so even though I was in a hurry I specifically went up the escalator to the validating machine and put my ticket in. So should be fully validated. But when I later drove out after 2 hours 45 minutes- it still charged me $12!! Complete rip-off! I’ll never, ever go there again!... read more
