This car park is a rip off I call on Foodland for work and twice now have been overcharged on exit Last week the fee was $10 but when I paid on exit was charged $45 pressed the buzzer to talk to someone and got told to request a refund through the website which I did 6 days ago with no response Not happy 😡😡😡
I tried to exit by paying by debit card and it wouldn’t let me pay. I pressed the help button and the woman on the phone tried to process the payment via phone and it still didn’t work. She then decides to tell me that you can’t pay by debit card and you need to have a credit card. I DONT OWN A CREDIT CARD. I then started panicking because a line was forming behind me and she wouldn’t let me get out of the parking lot and offered no other solution other than to say you have to pay by credit card!!!
