I tried to exit by paying by debit card and it wouldn’t let me pay. I pressed the help button and the woman on the phone tried to process the payment via phone and it still didn’t work. She then decides to tell me that you can’t pay by debit card and you need to have a credit card. I DONT OWN A CREDIT CARD. I then started panicking because a line was forming behind me and she wouldn’t let me get out of the parking lot and offered no other solution other than to say you have to pay by credit card!!! What a rip off!!!! $45 for 3.5 hours!!!!!?? Never again!!!
Be wary of the "2 Free Hours parking" offer , if you go over by any amount of time you will be charged the 2 -3 hours parking fee (not just the extra time you have parked over 2 hours ) Pretty sneaky tactics I think.
