I had no issues in prepaying and using the parking facilities. However, it is not easy to find. First off, if you use Google maps it tells you to go on the over head Freeway and basically jump off to enter the car park (see photo!) Same deal with Apple maps. Enter via Normanby or Munro Streets. Secondly, the car park is not easy to identfy as there is no Wilson's signage around. Thirdly, as mentioned by others, the various car parks have now merged! Followed all instructions in the app but slugged an additional $60 on top of my $20 prepaid charge. Raised this through their app complaints process and they offered me a voucher for $20 because I parked at the “wrong car park”. I then called twice to discuss and gave detailed description and chain of events,but both times they needed to check with the car park manager and would get back to me (never heard back).
