This Carpark does not even exist anymore.
Followed all instructions in the app but slugged an additional $60 on top of my $20 prepaid charge. Raised this through their app complaints process and they offered me a voucher for $20 because I parked at the “wrong car park”. I then called twice to discuss and gave detailed description and chain of events,but both times they needed to check with the car park manager and would get back to me (never heard back).
