Pre-booked online using their app and got a discounted night rate. I initially booked another location at 11 Exhibition St, however it was easy to cancel that and book at Flinders Gate. You can enter and exit via Flinders St or Flinders Lane. Used their app to scan the QR code at the gate, finding a park was easy too - probably because it was a Tuesday evening. Easy to leave, clear way finding signs for each.
Left a bag behind with apple tracker by accident, when we rang Wilson Parking they said they dont have any workers onsite to check the park for bag, nor could they do anything beyond sending an email out to workers ?? Kind of makes you wonder how they get away without any staff onsite for safety, fires evac requirements etc, pretty poor customer service.
