It took us 40 minutes to exit the carpark.
I was there yesterday. I had prepaid parking but needed accessible and had recently had an operation. The gentleman the I contacted at the intercom was so helpful and tried his best to accommodate me.
Took an hour to get out after a show Saturday.
Extremely disappointing experience with Wilson Parking at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre car park. I entered at approximately 5:40pm on a quiet Thursday night and left around 10:35pm, only to be charged $66 for what I believed would be standard evening parking. Had I entered roughly 20 minutes later, I would have qualified for the much lower evening rate, yet there was no clear warning at entry that I was about to miss a major pricing threshold.
