CAR STOLEN — zero stars if I could. My car was stolen from this "secure" car park, booked through Adina's Park & Stay. I'd filmed exactly where I parked on Level 2 the day before, so I knew. I called Wilson to check — sat on hold, got told to call the police, end of help. There are cameras. No idea what they're for. I called four times, 10–20 minutes on hold each go, and got zero compassion while trying to explain my car was gone. If you have a larger vehicle do not enter this carpark in the far left lane. The turn at the end is too tight and you will scrape your car.
My vehicle was stolen from this carpark which cost $115 for secure parking & no one seems to be able to give me any information.
