It's a small carpark that was easy enough to park in. The entrance has multiple driveways though, and visibility can be low when you're leaving. It is also dimly lit which I imagine may not feel safe to some people. It's app only which I didn't like. I would prefer to give Wilson as little info about me as possible, but I was able to download the app and pay pretty easily.
I had the unfortunate experience of realising that someone had reversed into my vehicle and failed to leave a note within this particular carpark. However, it is the improper design of this undercover carpark that has resulted in this particular incident as the carpark doesn't comply with AS2890 (off-street parking). The only CCTV Camera in operation is focused directly on the ticket pay machine.
