I booked Saturday parking via the Wilson App and parked as planned approximately 610 pm Having parked I took a lift up and got off in the mezzanine level to find it locked Came back and took another lift same result Tried four times and gave up Lost 45 minutes missed my restaurant appointment and cost me $27 There was no instructions inside parking as to how you get out of the building Pretty poor all round
