Wish I had read the reviews before I parked here. Same issue as one comment. I left two years ago… Paid for parking in person that costed me $23 and then it only covered me for four hours and then I had to pay again on the app to cover me for the rest of the time even worse I got blocked into my car park by someone who is parked in the loading zone.
Absolutely awful experience at Wilson’s Parking. Prepaid for parking for work. Arrived at area was confused where to park so i called there staff. They informed me to pack at “reserved parking” So I parked at “Wilson’s reserved Parking” I then come back 11 hour later with a ticket and massive sticker on my bonnet leaving near permanent damage to the car. Outrageously expensive $18 for two hours for street parking.
Selected Max hours of parking in the ticket machine and paid $20, to then realised that it's for only 3 hrs. Turned out that to get all day parking, I needed to download the app, sign in to pay for it. So I ended up paying $20+$22 for a day parking. Not sure why the ticket machine max hours is only 3 hrs.
