i dont know who did it, but when i was walking down the ramp cuz the lift was shut down, the gate crashed down on my head hard, gave me a small bruise. would like to make sure the staff is fired for this or the machine to be properly fixed. As this could have been prevented when the lift was working well 🤬
Parked here to go for dinner on a Friday. Entry was smooth and there was plenty parking available. Upon returning we went to the pay station and the machine 'swallowed' our ticket. We got in the car and pierced proceeded to pay at the exit. We were charged $50 for 01 hr 50 min. I'm not sure what the average rate is in the city but this is a high price.
