Guess after using the carpark for 15 years, it's time to write a review ... Spots are decently sized, signage clear (despite many ignoring the 'park front end in only' sign on one side of the carpark) and they tend to upgrade the ticket machines every couple of years. Spott is a very handy feature of Wilson Parking and my experience using it has been flawless. Lifts don't take an age to arrive and the pedestrian entrances and exits are well lit. After online payment, the parking lot still charges fees, and The staff is rude on 14/6/2026 13:30.Hang up without any explanation. The attitude is quite bad.The phenomenon of unreasonable charges is serious, and the system will automatically reserve a parking space for you.And deduct money.According to their request, I still didn't get any reply after sending the email. Today is the second week!
