All for the sake of profits they have made the parking so damn small. If you have a medium sized car then getting in and out of your car after parking is an absolute nightmare. Wilsons is just a money hungry company that would rather risk people damaging their cars then being accomedating.
It's crazy. Wilson's has a parking person who gets to this carpark very early and as soon as people leave their cars he starts issuing tickets. This is not operating in good faith. Given this guy is loitering in the carpark all day it would make more sense for them to install a boom gate and have everyone pay for parking direct......but I guess it wouldn't bring in as much profit.... entrapment is the word I am looking for.
Not the best in the area, buy not the worst. Can often be full early in the day, is better from lunch onward.
NOT ENOUGH MOTORCYCLE PARKING SPOTS, removed 8 disabled spots to gain 12 spaces down at ABS House end, but can't dedicate any slots there for motorcycles. Just another overpriced carpark in Belconnen. Can use an app to pay or the local machine. A bit dearer than the government owned carpark.
I was scammed by these crooks, having downloaded their mobile app and entering my payment details, I booked parking for a day and received a confirmation message. However at the end of the day I had been fined for not paying. I emailed them about this and got a generic response along the lines of 'you should have paid'. Would take them to court if I had the time or money, instead I can warn others not to deal with them, even if you do the right thing you'll get scammed out of more than you expect.
