The payment system is extremely non user friendly. I only parked in the parking for less than 2 hrs (the normal payment should be $4), but the toll machine charged me $6 as it triggered the flat rate mechanism. So i ended up paying more due to the flat rate.
Cheap and convenient.
Great spot for parking 1 hr for 3. 2hrs for 4 not bad.
