I am staff in this centre every day i pay $8 But due to there nee system we had to give them our card details, they deducted $294 instead of $8. It’s not secure at all, the money in my bank I borrowed for some really urgent legal matter immediately i have to pay, but now they deducted some of amount from there, without any warning any confirmation, who will be responsible of that to refund my amount on same time? Canberra Centre please fix your ticketless system. The plate reader wouldn’t read my plate. The boom gate on level 3 wouldn’t open. I had to hit the call button 3 times to get assistance to get out of level 3. Of course when I got to the exit the plate reader didn’t work. Had to call for assistance again. Not a good look at peak time. I think I’m going to avoid parking in the centre now. Because I honestly don’t need that hassle after a long day at work. Very frustrating.
