Amazing how something so expensive can work so badly. The entry and exit gates barely function and regularly cause traffic to back up for half an hour or more. Even more impressive is that no one seems to be around to manage the situation. If you enjoy paying a lot for frustration and wasted time, this place is perfect.
Very confusing signage and parking areas once inside. Only some lifts work for public parking and signage to lifts is poor.
Wilson’s customer experience is appalling. Different entrances without any signage that leads to being charged twice. Their own customer service would not listen to me and would talk over me when I called to ask for help.
