Another update. Response received - matter escalated with Customer Care Team. It is now 28 May and I don't have an update, they haven't informed me. I have to say I am not surprised. I understand SafeWork NSW have been in touch with Wilson Bond One Car Park. Let's hope they can get some answers. An update. Be careful as they often double charge you if you’ve prepaid online. It’s very difficult to get a response from them to get a refund.

It isn't good enough. this has been going on since 15 February. I can see others have had the same experience as me with the Bond One Car Park. You can get out, but can't get back in the building the way you exited the building. I was there 15 February 2026. Have sent numerous emails regarding this issue.
