This carpark has very tight corners, a ridiculous amount of speed bumps making it jerky and uncomfortable. The carparks are very close together and placed in sections where cars park in front of others which traps the back person in! It’s a guessing game where pedestrians get back to their cars, we walked around for 10min working that out. We will never use this park again

I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding my recent experience at a Wilson Parking facility at 66 Eagle street, Brisbane CBD, QLD. While I expect a reasonable standard of service from a major parking operator, this experience fell short in multiple critical areas and raises concerns under Australian Consumer Law. The facility did not display clear, visible, or unambiguous signage indicating the closing time of the car park (10:00 PM). I am giving this a 1 star only because 0 stars is not possible. First time I have ever seen a car park that closes at night let alone one that charges you an $80 fee for taking your car out after 10 pm! This closing time was not at all obvious and a complete attempt to scam it's customers. I would never recommend anyone this or any other Wilson Parking car park, and on top of it all most of the car park was reserve parking.
