DO NOT OARK HERE OVERNIGHT IF YOU PLAN TO PICK YOIR CAR UO BEFORE 7am. It’s a scam because they close the car park and then make you pay money to unlock it
Prepaid with Wilson app but carpark was VERY SMALL and no spots left. Had to exit and find another park somewhere else. Now wrangling to get a refund. Suggest avoid this pain and do not use this carpark via app. Should have read all other reviews first!
Very small but in a good spot. Pay using the Wilson app and you only pay for the exact time you parked, don't bother with the ticket machines. There's no pre-booking available.
I paid for a flat rate on the app which was supposed to cover parking until 6 AM. However, the car park was locked at midnight without any clear warning that vehicles cannot be accessed after 12 AM when booking on the app. I finished work and returned at 12:30 AM, I was locked out. Despite explaining that I was financially struggling, alone in the city, and had no other way home, management insisted I pay an additional $52 to release my car. Only one or two car parking bays available (gotta get in early-bird style). The narrowest car entry I've seen - be aware if you've got a chunky car.
