Got charged $89 even though I had booked online. Called up, sent me to automation said I would receive a form never did. Found it online, can’t select Wilson street in the form. Had to select Ashfield. Will update the review if my refund comes through. Your case 01589788:
Convenient location.
It advertises $25 flat rate online for Sunday, yet when you actually drive in, it charges $79. That’s an absolute rip-off. The car park is practically empty, and no other car park charges $79 on a Sunday.
I was charged the $25 for my pre-paid online booking and then also incorrectly charged an extra $79 on the day. I sent through a refund request on 11 January and the automatic reply said I would be responded to within 7 business days. That lapsed and no response. I have sent multiple further online refund requests and still, no response.
Great car park, conveniently located close to Central station metro, Surry Hills light rail and tons of good restaurants. I booked online and it was fairly reasonable (for city fringe parking). I had no trouble getting a park so would use this again when in the area.
