There is only about 8 car parks here. Would not rely on parking here.
Parked my vehicle in a rush at 517 St Kilda Road with a 24hours ticket@$35AUD, however I've contacted the customer service at Wilson parking that I needed a refund as I've not stayed more than few hours due to change in my circumstances. Michelle from the Wilson parking customer service team initially was hesitant with my request but later sent me an email with her kind consideration of reimbursement for a partial payment which is an exceptional customer service. I was actually fortunate in this instance, when I booked this Wilson location last minute, I didn’t realise it only had a few spaces until after we entered. That’s on me for not checking Google Maps prior. Thankfully there was 1, max 2 spaces available so it served its function and was grateful for the parking location being available. Wilson may be able to improve this site for customer by mentioning its size and number of spaces on the website and app.
Only 5 car spaces? you should be ashamed to even make it as business.
