Went there in the morning at 8ish, read the board and was confused. didn't have a ticket system, i tried to put in my plate to register, and it went straight to trying to pay. i wasn't sure what to do since it said you could pay on exit by machine, that it was no ticket on dash, and that it was 24 hour, and left it at that. I came back a few hours later to a $65 breech. You're better off just going to Bayside shopping centre to park.
