Good morning. My son lives in Student One, on Adelaide Street, where you have a parking lot in the building. Last night, between 8 pm and 7 am, his bicycle was stolen from inside the garage. The images were not provided to us by the Student One staff. I would like to know if you could access the images of the suspect who committed the theft through your cameras.

Got to the car park to find it completely locked up. I called the staff before 12 am and they said they could get in contact with the manager. They got back to us at about 12:02 and told us that we had to pay $80 security exit fee because they couldn’t get onto their manager quick enough. We then proceeded to wait outside the car park with no indication of when we will get let out for 45 minutes. google takes you to the wrong address, which is actually Secure parking. After reading multiple reviews here it seems the owners of the Wilson's carpark have done nothing to fix the issue. I only wish I had seen the reviews before paying for parking. I ended up spending $29 instead of the $9 advertised from parking at the wrong place. The fact that there are so many reviews with the same issue leads me to think it's an issue with signals and google directions.
