**Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs** I recently returned to this Wilson car park after attending Vivid with two young children in strollers and my elderly parents, only to be met with shocking and unsafe treatment by security staff. We were explicitly told we could not use the lifts, could not use the lobby bathrooms, and were ordered to leave the lobby area entirely. We thought we’d save on time by parking close to Vivid. Little did we know it would be an adventure with 2 young kids in strollers and two elderly folk in their 70s having to walk down road ramps designed for cars. Down and down and down the hill we went back to the Sussex St access for CARS. Down and down again we trudged over speed humps and under boom gates designed for CARS. Most unsafe! Absolutely do not use. Parked here Saturday before checking into hotel. .a total of 36 minutes and charged $42 . Also parking building is narrow and and not a good layout at all. I would honestly avoid
Smells like urine and charged $84 for 24hrs Saturday afternoon leaving Sunday afternoon. Find somewhere else!
