I heard my friend using this service and I was so excited to try park my car there. i parked at St Francis Church and 300 Latrobe st. But unfortunately I bought the spot for my car beforehand and it charged $14 from 10am -9pm, which was reasonable and which mean i can park there until 9pm, unless I go later than 9pm and have to pay extra fees. Very tight passages between sides on each floor. Lots of cameras but reading reviews after parking there it seems as they are pointless - lots of break ins to cars. Also no instructions on how to access the toilets - we tried using the number on our ticket but no luck.
This car park is poorly designed and presents significant safety concerns. Immediately after the entrance, drivers are required to pass through a very narrow tunnel, where extreme caution is necessary to avoid vehicle damage. I misjudged the clearance momentarily and damaged the left side of my new car. The facility should be closed until it undergoes substantial refurbishment and design modifications to address these narrow sections, which are present in multiple areas throughout the premises.
