Worth it if you get your parking validated by Hoyts (I'm not sure if any other places in Melvourne Central do this but check in advance prior to parking here), as you get 3 hour parking for $6.50 (from memory), but otherwise it is $18.00 PER. HOUR. So keep track of the time as if you go even 1 minute over the 3 hour window you will get charged the $18.00 for the extra hour, and at that point you may as well get your money's worth and stay for that hour or you're paying for nothing at all. Online booking was not applicable or not working properly
The Filipino customer service rep at 2pm I talked to was not useful at all, no level of positive service, would better be trained to actually help people - please train them better
I heard my friend using this service and I was so excited to try park my car there. i parked at St Francis Church and 300 Latrobe st. But unfortunately I bought the spot for my car beforehand and it charged $14 from 10am -9pm, which was reasonable and which mean i can park there until 9pm, unless I go later than 9pm and have to pay extra fees.
