I prepaid for parking, but when I entered the car park there were no available spaces at all. Cars were still being allowed to enter, so the carpark became gridlocked. I tried to find someone to help, but the only person in the office was not associated with the car park and could not assist. I had to leave immediately and park elsewhere. Do not park here! Terrible experience and customer service. I tried to park my van here on a Saturday night and the parking spaces and turning circles were too small to adequately and safely park my vehicle. I existed the carpark after a few minutes after being unable to park and was charged full price of $39. I wrote to customer service and they claim that driving in and out was considered parking and no refund would be made available. Well located and convenient. Easy entry and exit. Not cheap but the usual Sydney CBD prices.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Getting in was fine - I scanned the same card I used to book, I was let in immediately, and an attendant parked my car. He asked what time I’d return, and I clearly said 6pm. Everything fell apart when I tried to get my car back. The building with the lifts to exit the car park locks around 5pm. Nowhere on the website, app, or signage does it say this - it just says the car park is “open 24/7.” I then spent 30 minutes circling George St trying to find a way in, only to discover the pedest... read more
Terrible experience! Don’t park here if you’ve paid prepaid/online. You won’t be able to unlock the door to enter the car park because you need a code from the paper ticket — which you don’t get when paying online. There’s no clear signage or help provided. Good luck getting in!
