Narrow and pre booked and struggled to find parking also a rip off
Easy to find.
Absolutely spot on took us directly to the car park
Building is on Martin St but car park is in a nearby side street. Had to do multiple laps to find the car park entrance. Wilson's, at least put address and access details on the site. We arrived late for a prepaid event because we lost so much time looking for the car park and we were very stressed. Otherwise it's a handy place to park if you need to get around the city
6 hour parking booked (for theatre). The Wilson system backend defaulted to a 1 hour booking (system error). 1 hour and 6 hours is the same price. When I stayed 6 hours I was charged more than double upon exiting. Upon letting Wilson know, they simply ignored their error and blamed the customer for it. Complete lack of common sense from Wilson Parking - poor customer service too, and failure to own their obvious error. Not worth the time, effort or overcharges. Park elsewhere.
