We parked on the evening of 12th August 2023. When we returned to our car it appeared there were 2 group of people. One group parked on the corner (non parking zone), with black car 1FBC466H and another group walking out with bruises on his face and a woman with bloody nose and mouth. It appeared Cody the owner of black car bashed the other group in the right alley, next to Wilson parking zone. I paid $18 for 12 hours parking at 7:46am and when I returned to my car 8 hours later there was a breach notice time stamped at 9:36am charging me $65!!! I paid on the app and even had an invoice emailed to me proving I had paid and when I called to ask why I was incorrectly charged with a breach they said I had to submit an appeal online and wait 3-5 weeks for it to be reviewed. Completely unacceptable!!! Worst parking experience ever. Absolute crooks!
