This place is horrible. By the time I got to the machine my parking was over the one hour fee by 30 seconds and they charged me. The machine refused to give me a receipt and when I pressed the help button the woman who answered was so rude. I spent over $400 on shopping in the grocery store and then to have to pay parking for 1 hour and 30 seconds. The only solution I have is to never return here to shop again. This place is unreasonable.
Convenient, yes but having arrived for a Vietnamese lunch with friends and some shopping at Aldi afterwards to find a bill of $17 for just over 2 hours is grossly excessive. How can you justify the $12 for the hour or part hour after the $5 charge? I'll be looking elsewhere in future !!
