I parked the car at 6.52pm and went to pick it up at around 8.30pm, only to find that the carpark was locked and I could not get my car. I then called the number given and no one picked up the phone. Then I noticed a sign that says I would be charged $100 for out of hours pick up. I later found out that the car park normally closes at 6.30pm but there was no sign anywhere that stated that. This place is a joke. Closes way to early (8pm?!) Then they want $100 to open the gate... Staff on their call center aren't helpful and are badly trained.
If you arrive early enough, a great place to park if you’re conducting business in that part of Nth Sydney.
