DO NOT PARK HERE! Unless you want to be overcharged for parking. Parked less than an hour and was charged $44. No charges are displayed at entry or on machine. This has to be illegal! Highway Robery! We should have been charged $11. They refuse to give a refund for overcharge, giving us the run around. Park elsewhere folks!
I parked my car in the car park next to Eye and Ear outpatients. Going by the ticket I was 1 hour and 59 minutes. I was charged for three hours at a cost of $64.00 Not only have I been charged for time not spent there but the price for three hours is highway robbery. I rang Wilson parking and was told I had to fill out a refund request online. I did this and received an automated email with a case number and it said someone would be in contact shortly.
