It's a car park. Was able to find parking as I pre-booked.
I entered this carpark accidentally, when I was looking for the 222 Russell Street carpark. I called the intercom for assistance and the customer service was excellent. In addition to this, a staff member came over personally to help me after hearing my concern. He showed me the way out and also directed me to the carpark I had meant to go to. Please don't park here. We parked overnight for 12 hours and were charged 84 AUD without any explanation. The rates mentioned overnight charges as 18aud in comparison. They will not reply to our email or complaint ticket as well.
$22 for an hour on a Sunday evening. Do not park here. Used to be the best parking in city, now the worst
The design is too bad. Car gets scratched so easily here
