Mixed reviews on this parking station. On the positive side the spaces are a decent size for large cars and it’s relatively easy to navigate as lanes are not narrow like some city cars parks. It is a very steep and windy entrance so extra caution is needed for people with larger cars. However the biggest issue with the car park is accessibility outside of office hours. The lift from the parking goes to G level of Clocktower centre however in the evenings and on weekends, the lift doesn’t go down to the car park. You have to ... read more

Avoid on weekends if you have a pram or are mobility impaired as the Lift will get you to ground floor of centre above to exit but then does not operate to get back down to the carpark when you want to get back to your vehicle to exit. Shame on Wilson Parking for discriminating against parents and the mobilty impaired !!!!!

DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL COST! Avoid at all cost, do not park here. But if you unfortunately did online, follow the advise here how to survive parking here, getting in and out alive! The place has weird parking in place, do not park at tantem areas on upper levels. Proceed down. The place has NO MARKING of what floor you are in so pay close attention which out of the four sub levels you parked your car.
