Terrible park. No signage to indicate available spaces, no signage to indicate low 1.8m clearance until you’re already committed to the descent, a tight one way traffic flow down the small carpark without sufficient turnaround space, and lack of mirrors on corners to see cars coming up the ramp. A nightmare - I went in and was stuck inside the gridlock of cars trying to turnaround and come back out of a one-way flow for about 25minutes, and it cost me $22 for the experience without being able to park.
Absolutely horrendous experience. Card reader does not work, service lady was nearly audible. Then for 20 minutes told to reverse in and out of the exit bay in order to leave the car park…very disappointed
Was fine using it for a Riverstage concert but the design of this carpark is absolutely insane. Only single lane for both entry and exit across all levels is madness. Very narrow, no lifts, disturbing lack of signage.
