🔔For those stuck outside the pedestrian door and cannot re-enter the car park, call the number on the sign. They’ll be able to remotely open the roller doors where you entered with your car. It was midnight on a Saturday and someone eventually picked up and let us in. Support agent was extremely helpful and understanding. They also confirmed that using your bank card on the reader will not cause any charges. Car park itself was a good last minute option for Eagle Street Pier. Extremely rude and unprofessional parking attendant- shouldn’t be in a customer service role if you are unable to speak to paying customers with respect. I’ve never used a paid carpark where I have to justify my reasoning and timing for parking…. There is either a carpark available or not… Would not utilise this carpark again, terrible experience.
On returning to get our car, the security system was so secure that we couldn't get into the garage without calling their central number to get assistance. They were helpful and we got back to our car. It was very late at night and they did have someone answering the phone, to their credit.
Poor signage, tiny parks, lifts do not work, no support button anywhere, couldn't reaccess the parking on the weekend even though we followed instructions. Very scary experience.
Poor Experience, Unprofessional Staff, and Terrible Parking Layout Extremely poor experience. The car park is tiny, poorly laid out, and the signage is easy to miss. We missed a hard-to-see sign on the right hand side after the boom gate that said “Stop and see the attendant” upon entry – a genuine mistake. Apparently, this is treated like a criminal offence by the staff.
